Michael has substantial experience in Financial Management, Treasury Management and Corporate Finance in complex multinational and both publicly traded and privately owned organizations. He has a proven track record in building efficient Treasury and Financing structures, M&A Activity, Refinancing, Write and Conduct complex RFPs, Risk/Exposure Identification and Management, Evaluation, & Implementation of Shared Service Center Models, Policy Review and Creating, Building or restructuring Liquidity & Cash Management and more.
